Who we are
Traverge, LLC is a federal cybersecurity consultancy registered in Jacksonville, Florida. This statement covers traverge.com. It does not cover client systems we assess or operate under contract, which are governed by the agreements covering that work.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company, your work email, an optional phone number, the subject you select and your message. Nothing else on this site asks you for information.
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising technology. We do not build profiles of visitors and we cannot tell who you are unless you contact us.
What we do with it
We use what you send to respond to you and to scope the work you are asking about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Third parties in the path
Three services see technical data when you use this site:
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise runs on the contact page to distinguish people from automated submissions. Google receives interaction data under its own privacy policy and terms.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address on page load.
- Google Cloud hosts this site and the service that receives contact form submissions.
Links to other sites, including maps, government publications and vendor pages, are governed by those sites rather than by this statement.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained while the enquiry is active and for as long as we have a business reason to keep the correspondence. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless a contractual or legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Your choices
Write to contact@traverge.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour them.
Security
Form submissions travel over TLS. We apply the same practices to our own systems that we advise clients to apply to theirs. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is aimed at federal contracting and cloud security professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this statement changes materially we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised statement.
